Mostly Pen and Ink

Most of my illustrations are available as non-fade A4 prints, backed on 1/4" card at £15 plus p&p except 'Highrise in Colour' which is an A3 print at £20.
These are mostly pen, ink and wash. The exceptions are the portrait of JJ Cale, which is pencil and a watercolour painting of my dear old Auntie Margie's kitchen, with her cat and stuffed birds, (I don't think the cat is stuffed, but I'm not sure now...).

My daughter Abi at Christmas, before she moved away to start her own life. Ink pen.
JJ Cale. One of my heroes. A legend of simplicity and understatement. Pencil.
La Superbe was an eighteenth century French ship of the line. Pen and ink.
La Superbe with the sails furled but the guns run out, probably for gunnery practice. Pen and ink.
I painted this watercolour in the kitchen of my dear old Aunty Margie in Petersfield, Hampshire.
Table scene in quill and ink.
Pen, ink and wash. My neighbour's garden has spilled over into the farmer's field, as you can see. He looked slightly puzzled when he saw me sketching (in January). I wonder whether he knows he has created a work of art?
Pen and ink sketch of the entrance which leads to Brodie Castle in Dyke, Moray.
Santa visits Brodie Castle, Moray. Watercolour and felt tip pen.
Edinburgh from the inside. Ink pen.
